Kanban dispatch — cards become agent tasks

The Sprint Board isn’t just tracking — the assign chip on a card hands it to one of your agents as a real task. Plan in cards, execute with agents, watch the board reflect reality.

Dispatching a card

1. On any card, click + assign and pick an agent.
2. The card’s text dispatches to that agent window; the run streams in its transcript.
3. You can also route by voice/command — assign the auth card to Alex — from the command bar.

Following up

Because agent windows keep linked sessions, a follow-up message about the same card resumes the same conversation — the agent still has the context of what it just did. Hermes can also plan multi-card work and spread it across agents using their profiles.
